Attic Moon Viewing Room
We traded a dark, dated attic for clean lines and a front-row seat to the night sky. By installing precision-fit skylights and a solid new floor, we refreshed the room’s look and feel to make this once unused space a favorite place to play. The result is a simple, functional space—perfect for catching the stars in the middle of winter without getting cold toes.
Lounge Revamp to Bring the Outdoors In
Sometimes a room just needs a new perspective. We opened up this living space by trading dated, heavy cladding for natural stone textures and clean white trim. By focusing on how light and surface work together, we turned a dark lounge into an airy, inviting retreat that flows easily to an outdoor entertaining area. It’s a simple, intentional layout that makes the whole house feel bigger and gives the family a better place to gather and play.
Hidden Bath & Private Retreat
We took a dark, unwelcoming bedroom and turned it into a private master retreat. By installing this custom stone-clad feature wall, we carved out enough space for a walk-in robe and en suite bathroom right behind it. It’s now a warm, quiet corner of the house—the kind of simple, intentional space that makes it easy to slow down and recharge.

Open Plan Culinary Reset
We broke down the heavy internal walls that were boxing this kitchen in and cutting it off from the rest of the house. By completely redesigning the layout, we opened up the room and installed a large landscape window to bridge the gap between inside and out. The forest green glass splashback maximizes light reflection, turning what was once a cramped, dark kitchen into a bright, airy space that makes the whole house pop.
An Island Heartbeat
The kitchen is the heart of the home, the place where everything from quick breakfasts to long dinners with friends happens. We designed this custom navy island to fill a large, empty void in the original layout, creating a solid anchor for the room with plenty of extra prep space and storage. It’s a simple, functional upgrade that turned an underused area into a warm, casual space for everyone to gather.
Reflective Reset
We took a cramped, cluttered bathroom and reformatted the entire layout to maximize every inch. By using large-format, high-gloss tiles, we used light and reflection to make a tiny footprint feel enormous. It’s a clean, modern update that trades clutter for a sense of calm and a lot more room to move.
Hidden Sanctuary
By turning the darkest corner of an old bedroom into a private sanctuary, we created a space that really makes the house pop. This en suite features a seamless floor and a custom vanity to maximize space, anchored by a unique natural stone wall filled with thousands of tiny fossils. We installed a floor-to-ceiling louvre window so you can look out onto the natural bushland while relaxing in the shower—it’s a quiet, beautiful place to start the day.
Equestrian & Outdoor
Life on the island happens as much outside the house as it does inside. We design and build outdoor spaces that respect the land and the Pacific Northwest climate, creating structures that are as durable as they are functional. Whether it’s a facility built to grow along with your herd or a custom space for gathering with friends, we build for the lifestyle that happens beyond your front door – giving you more reasons to get outside and stay there.
The "Horse Math" Barn
Start with what you need, and expand when you collect more horses—at least, that’s how it happened for us. This modular design features a 12x14ft stall with an attached covered run-in that doubles as a grooming bay. The rails are movable, and the unique high-airflow roof keeps temperatures regulated year-round. It’s a custom solution designed to grow one horse at a time, making it the perfect fit for small-lot owners who need their space to be as flexible as their herd.
60ft All-Weather Round Pen
Tired of missed training days due to failed footing in the rain? We designed this custom 60ft round pen with an advanced self-draining footing system engineered specifically for the wet Pacific Northwest climate. Perfectly sized for lunging, groundwork, and riding, this design ensures your footing stays secure even during heavy downpours. It’s a solid, functional solution that lets you keep playing all year round, regardless of the weather.
Dark Timber Run-In
Elevate your pasture’s look with a design that’s as functional as it is modern. This sleek run-in shed combines a dark timber frame with natural gray concrete bases and a durable metal roof. It’s the perfect blend of form and function—a stylish, safe retreat for your animals that’s built to withstand the elements while looking great on the lot.
Lunar New Year Warmth

We built this custom outdoor double wok burner just in time for Chinese New Year—the perfect excuse to host close friends for a traditional 12-course Cantonese style banquet.
